seeking a dedicated Direct Transfer Helper based in Singapore (No agency) to join our family as soonest when current employer allows.

• Criteria:

1. This position is exclusively available for direct transfers in Singapore (helpers with agency will not be considered).
2. Candidates must be available for an in-person interview at our place after the Video interview first.
3. Experience with landed properties as well as looking after dogs are essential.
4. A minimum of two completed contracts is required.
5. At least one contract renewal is preferred.
6. Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience.
7. We ideally offer two off days each month.
8. Ability to take public transportations

• About Our Family:

1. a family of four, consisting of two adults and two children aged 8 and 4.
2. three-story landed house.
3. Plan to welcome a dog in the future

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the hygiene, cleanliness, and organization of the home.
2. Efficiently manage general household chores.
3. Prepare nutritious balanced meals for the family.
4. Provide attentive child care for our children only when we need.
5. Wash and maintain two cars
6. look after a dog when we have in the future
