British Family Seeking Wonderful Helper

We are a British family of four with two girls, aged 4 & 6. My husband and I are teachers at an international school, which our girls also attend. We need someone ASAP, but finding the RIGHT long-term fit matters much more than hiring quickly.

CHILDCARE IS OUR #1 PRIORITY

Please only apply if you genuinely enjoy working AND playing with children. Our girls are bright, funny, affectionate and very energetic! Both have ADHD and thrive with adults who are patient, consistent and actively engaged. We need someone who enjoys playing, reading, crafts, swimming, playgrounds and suggesting activities. Passive supervision won’t work — they need someone who will get involved and positively direct their energy.

COMMUNICATION

Excellent spoken AND written English is essential and non-negotiable. We value open, honest communication, including asking questions and telling us when something goes wrong.

HOME & COOKING

Responsibilities also include cleaning, laundry, shopping, cooking and organisation. We’d love someone naturally organised who can help tame our family clutter! We eat all cuisines but prefer healthy, balanced meals. Initiative is important — we don’t want to micromanage.

WE OFFER
-Salary up to $900/month, depending on experience

– Sundays/PH/birthday off

-Occasional Saturdays/additional school-holiday days by arrangement

-Up to 6 weeks PAID home leave (June/July) + annual return flight
