There are 2 types of leads you can receive from us.
1. From Job Posters (Via Employhelpers)
Your plan type determines how many leads you will receive each month. Each lead will include a Name, WhatsApp No. and Job details. A typical job post.
To ensure a quality experience for everyone, each lead will only be sent to maximum of 3 agencies.
2. From Helper Listings (Direct)
Employers can always reach out to your agency via helper listings or profile. They can choose to call, in-app message or WhatsApp you, depending on your plan type.
All job posters who want to be contacted by agencies will be allocated by round robin. Agency A > Agency B > Agency C > Agency A and so forth.
Hence, you will not be able to choose the type of leads to receive. This ensures the lead is sent timely and warm, for best response.
Potential employers have a form to leave their WhatsApp number and Name during a job post. These high quality leads gave permission for agencies to service them with suitable helpers.

We understand that it will be time consuming to upload a large number of biodata. We will upload it for you and set as a draft for you to approve. You can email us your helper biodata at [email protected]

No we do not at the moment. “Unlimited listings” may sound attractive, but in reality, it leads to poor results. Platforms that allow unlimited uploads often become bloated with outdated, fake, or low-quality listings, especially in the age of AI-generated profiles. This overwhelms employers, reduces trust, and buries your real, available helpers.
